The FSAP serves as an educational and support resource to administrators, managers, supervisors and other leaders working to sort out concerns related to their team's behavior and/or performance. The FSAP frequently serves as a sounding board for leaders wishing to explore their thoughts and inform creative managerial solutions.  In addition, the FSAP can assist leaders in identifying intervention strategies, work with leaders to arrange the delivery of FSAP support offerings for their teams such as seminars/webinars or FSAP group "Check-In" meetings, address critical incidences, point leaders to helpful resources, as well as, providing consultation on when and how employees may be referred to the FSAP through the Formal Supervisory Referral process. Consultations may be conducted in person, telephonically, or via private HIPAA compliant and encrypted Telehealth portals.
