Develop your team’s capacity to understand the sources of workplace violence and explore guidelines for its prevention.  While employees have a fundamental responsibility to protect themselves and their fellow co-workers, the majority are not equipped with the knowledge to recognize subtle forms of disruptive behaviors.   While there is no sure way of knowing when someone will resort to a violent act, frequently there are signs which indicate an individual is at risk.  These offerings aim to sharpen a workgroup’s capacity to detect troubling behaviors and evaluate options for accessing help. Seminars/webinars are available to faculty and staff, as well as, managers and supervisors.

Seminars include:

  • Preventing Workplace Violence
  • Depression and Suicide Prevention
