Develop your team’s capacity to manage both personal and professional energy expenditures and stress. Discover the importance of pacing and its role in sustaining high performance. Many of us work through our days behaving in ways that do not support, sustain, or maximize our personal energy needs. We lack the knowledge and skills required to recoup our momentum and find ourselves experiencing unmanaged stress and energy depletions which ultimately hamper our capacity to perform efficiently. Participants explore the importance of managing their stress and energy levels to remain resourceful as well as review techniques for harnessing energy to become refreshed and perform at optimal levels. Effective stress management techniques are reviewed and practiced to assist participants in developing their ability to rehearse and retain useful skills. Seminar/webinar offerings are available to faculty and staff, as well as, managers and supervisors.
